| The process of recognition of prior learning is at an early stage in Turkish higher education institutions. Therefore, the recognition of prior learning is not fully initialized.in all programs of the University of Bayburt. However, the exemption exam is held at the beginning of each academic semester for the computer programs and English courses replaced at training plans. students Considering to achieve the expected learning outcomes in these courses, have the right of entry to the exam. Those who pass the exam are exempt from the course. |

| After graduation, our graduates can work with the title of Pedagogue in various fields of the education sector, in the Ministry of Family and Social Services, in the RPD Unit of the Military, in the Presidency of Religious Affairs, in Private Rehabilitation and counseling centers, and in the Ministry of Justice. In parallel with the development situation of our country in these fields, there are wide employment opportunities in public and private institutions. |

| Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling connected to the Educational Sciences Department consists of 3 Assistant professors and 2 research assistants. However, teaching practice and school experience lessons are carried out in schools at various levels under the guidance of the Ministry of Education. In the scope of applications of the community service course, students are provided participation in the social services in cooperation with different institutions belonging to the public. The cooperation between departments in Educational Sciences Department also contributes to the students developing themselves as teachers in this direction. |
