General Description
History
Bayburt University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences was established in 2008. Business program has intaken student in the 2009-2010 academic year.
Qualification Awarded
Graduates who successfully complete the program in the field of Business gain Bachelor's degree.

Specific Admission Requirements
Candidates must have high school or equivalent degree and must have enough points atUniversity Student Selection Exam. If any foreign language and special skills related to theentry requirements should be specified.
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal)
The process of recognition of prior learning is at an early stage in Turkish higher educationinstitutions. Therefore, the recognition of prior learning is not fully initialized.in all programs of the University of Bayburt. However, the exemption exam is held at the beginning of each academic semester for the computer programs and English courses replaced at training plans. students Considering to achieve the expected learning outcomes in these courses, have the right of entry to the exam. Those who pass the exam are exempt from the course.
Qualification Requirements and Regulations
To successfully complete The courses being all available in the program it is essential to obtain at least 2.0 GPA of 4.00 (for a total of 240 ECTS).
Profile of The Programme
The main purpose of Business programme is to have positive attitude towards the profession and to have the qualifications required by the profession, to form a norm for the students to personal and professional life, to follow the developments in the field closely, to improve the knowledge and skills, to use the time efficiently, and to have effective communication skills.

Graduated students are working in various fields and sectors after graduation. There are a large employment opportunities in public and private institutions in line with our country's development status In these areas.
Access to Further Studies
Candidates who have successfully completed their undergraduate education can apply for postgraduate master's and doctorate programs, provided that they get a valid grade from the ALES exam and have sufficient foreign language knowledge.

Facilities
The Business Administration Program consists of 3 Professors, 1 Associate Professor, 4 Assistant Professors, 2 Research Assistants, and 1 lecturer. There is also a computer laboratory for 60 people, a conference hall for 148 people, a lecture hall for 97 people, 8 classrooms for 110 people, and a canteen for 200 people.
