| Level of Course Unit | First Cycle | Objectives of the Course | The aim of the course is that, according to Turkish Law of Obligations, the sources of debt are legal transactions, torts and unjust enrichment. Therefore, first of all, the concept of debt will be defined. Then, legal transactions and contracts will be explained. After the definition of tort is made, its consequences will be explained. Unjust enrichment will be defined and its consequences will be emphasized.
