Objectives of the Course |
To explain general principles and basic concepts of constitutional law. To teach developments in constitutional law, from late Ottoman Empire to today. It is intended that students should reason on decisions of Constitutional Court. |

Course Contents |
Students will examine the basic concepts of constitutional law. These concepts will be presented in the contexr of constitutional developments during late Ottoman Empire period and Republican period. |
