Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to teach the general principles of labor law, its application areas and the rights and obligations of employees and employers. It is also aimed to explain the concepts of union and collective bargaining, strike and lockout.

Definition of labor law, its importance, history, sources, definitions of the concepts of employee, employer and workplace, areas of application of labor law, making an employment contract, freedom to conclude an employment contract, prohibitions on making an employment contract, types of employment contracts, rights and obligations of the employee and the employer due to the employment contract. , terms of termination of employment contract, union concept, union security, strike and lockout concepts and elements

7Debts of the worker arising from the employment contract

9Employer's obligations arising from the employment contract
10Termination of employment contract, temporary termination, job security
11Reasons and consequences of justified termination of the employment contract
12Concept of severance pay, eligibility conditions, explanation of the consequences of termination of employment contract
13Occupational health and safety, explanation of working and rest periods in labor law
14Definition of the concept of union, establishment and bodies of unions, activities of unions, their supervision, membership in unions and the guarantees of union membership.
15Definition of collective labor agreement, scope of application, ways to resolve collective labor disputes, strike and lockout
