History
The Department of Business was established in 2019 to offer PhD students specialization in the fields of Management, Accounting, Finance, Production Management and Marketing.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
The student must have completed all of the courses in the program and must not have FF, DZ or YZ grades. In this program, the student must provide a minimum of 240 ECTS credits and the GPA must be at least 3.00 out of 4.00.
Profile of The Programme
To train researchers and practitioners who are able to conduct original and independent studies in the academic environment in the Business Administration PhD program and who can make important scientific contributions with the researches they carry out in the field, To gain academic experience to students, academicians and administrators who want to conduct scientific research in the field of science through the Business Administration Doctorate Program, Assisting faculty members to share their knowledge and experience with new researchers in their field of study, thus helping doctorate students acquire qualified scientific research equipment, Thanks to the research education received by doctorate students, it is to enable them to develop projects on subjects directly related to the field of Business.

The purpose of the doctoral program; to provide the student with the necessary academic competence to conduct independent research activities, to follow scientific developments from a critical perspective, and to complete the process of questioning, interpretation and analysis.

Graduation Requirements
For students with a master's degree, they must have successfully completed at least seven courses, proficiency exam, thesis proposal defense and thesis study, provided that they are not less than 24 credits in total.

Facilities
In the business department, there are classrooms with modern facilities, a private meeting room where higher education courses are held, and a financial laboratory with 9 computers and smart boards. There are also 7 faculty members, 4 of whom are Associate Professors.

1- It conducts original researches on all basic functions of the business in accordance with science, institution and society ethics and in search of innovation and reports its findings in a neutral and critical style. - It can use software suitable for the field in solving the problems encountered in the field of business and it has high ability to adapt to new solution methods and software. - Identifies problems from a critical point of view and has management and leadership features that will determine the goals and strategic plans that will move the organization in which it operates by offering effective solutions.
2- Has the skills to communicate and manage the correct communication and information transfer both verbally and in writing with all the stakeholders of its organization. - Associate current and advanced information gained in all the basic areas of the business with the information in different areas, synthesize them, and use them in an original way for analysis, problem solving and generating new ideas. - Follows up-to-date information in the field and connects with other people working in the field by sharing their original works in scientific channels with the pursuit of innovation.
