Objectives of the Course
It is aimed to define the basic concepts of Organizational Behavior, to interpret the effects of individuals, groups and organizational structures on the behavior of the employee within the organization, to gain the ability to analyze the effects of individual behaviors on organizational performance in work life, to interpret and reveal their views on the subject.

Course Contents
Basic concepts of Organizational Behavior, Relations with other disciplines, Development of Organizational Behavior, Main challenges for organizational behavior: change of social and cultural environment, development of global environment, change of information and communication technologies, changing business and employee relations. Individuals in organizations: individual differences; personality and talent, values and attitudes, mood and emotions, motivation and job satisfaction, perception, management of differences, learning and creativity, conflict and solution methods, stress and ways of coping. Group and team processes: the nature of the business group and team, leadership, power, policy, negotiation, effective communication in organizations, decision making and organizational learning, organizational culture and ethical behavior.
