After successfully completing all the conditions and necessities for graduation, students graduate with an associate’s degree in “logistics” field.

Specific Admission Requirements
Students are admitted through an exam based on higher education institutions exam (YKS). The exam is held once a year by Student Selection and Placement Centre (OSYM).Applicants can attend HigherEducation with a score formed by the combination of the score they get from YKS and their secondary education composite score.
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal)
Students enrolling to our university may request to be exempted from the courses they succeeded in previous higher education institutions they attended. To do so, they have to hand over their academic record and course contents with a petition to the concerned unit during of the academic year they enrolled to university.
Qualification Requirements and Regulations
Students who successfully complete vocational school programs that aim to train qualified and equipped manpower, covering at least a two-year program based on secondary education qualifications, and meet the required credit load are entitled to receive an Associate Degree Diploma. Students who graduate from the program are expected to: It is expected that he/she will be able to understand and interpret a problem in the field of logistics, work and partially specialize in a specific field of logistics related to a business, be aware of his/her own competencies, be able to defend the proposed solution and know the solutions that can be put forward to solve the problem.
Profile of The Programme
The purpose of the programme is to train intermediate staff for business field. During their training period students gain knowledge and skills in business and administration. Students completing the programme acquire an associate’s degree.Main purpose of the department is to create students’ pedagogical, psychological and communicational skills and train specialists in related fields. Knowledge, ability and behaviour acquired during education form the fundamental skills to exercise in business.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
Students graduating from logisticsare employed in business and administration departments of government or private businesses according to their proficiency.
Access to Further Studies
After acquiring associate’s degree, students can continue their education in faculties that provide undergraduate education if they succeed in DGS. The undergraduate departments that may be passed to by means of DGS are to be understood as; Banking, Banking and Insurance, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Business, Business Information Management, Business Informatics, Business Teaching, Business and Economics, Logistics Management, Health Facilities Management, Capital Market, Insurance, Insurance and Risk Management, International Finance, International Business, International Trade, International Trade and Financing, International Trade and Business Administration, Business Information Systems.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
While calculating the final grade of students, exams are assessed as written or oral, as homeworks, project studies according to the quality of the course. In the final assessment, the contribution a mid-term examination and/or other studies standing for the mid-term examination is 40 percent while the contribution of the final examination is 60 percent. Research projects related to the students’ fields are carried out under the supervision of instructors for their development. For excuse examination, students must hand over their excuse form with a petition to the concerned unit until the end of the shift of the five day following the end of the examination period.
Graduation Requirements
Within the period specified in the related regulations, students have to take all the courses necessary for graduation, complete the programme they attend with a minimum gpa of 2,00 on condition that they succeed all the courses taken and complete a training of 30 weekdays. The student graduates by completing 120 AKTS/ECTS credits and acquires an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration Programme. 1-Graduated, the students are given a diploma enclosure including the courses and modules showing the proficiencies they got during their education.2- If the students quit without completing the programme, a document showing the proficiencies, courses and modules taken during their education is given.3- Professional skills gained in the programme are utilized in developing professional careers, certificate programmes and transition to other programmes if required.

Facilities
The students attending logistics departmant study up-to-date developments in their field. They completed their internships, which is a requirement for graduation, from T.R. They can also do this within the scope of the National Internship Program carried out under the Coordination of the Presidential Human Resources Office. Graduates can find jobs in the management, production, marketing, logistics/supply, accounting and human resources departments of private and public institutions.

2Acquires the knowledge and skills to comprehend, analyse, interpret and evaluate the basic and general information about the field of logistics.
3He/She can use the information regarding the basic legislation used or prepared within the scope of logistics. In this context, his awareness of the duties and responsibilities given to him has developed.
4Aware of taking responsibility as a member of the team for problems that may be encountered and/or unforeseen in practice in the field of logistics.
5He/she acquires the ability to evaluate the achievements, knowledge and skills he/she has acquired throughout his/her education life by developing a critical perspective.
6Would be open to participation in the program for student needs
7Does not refrain from helping fellow group members in group work.
8She/He can convey her ideas, suggestions and thoughts within the scope of the knowledge, skills and even achievements she has acquired during her education in the field of logistics to the relevant people in written and verbal form.
9Does not act contrary to business ethics and social ethical values ​​arising from the morality of the Organization/Institution.
10She/He is knowledgeable about Ataturk's Principles and the History of the Revolution, which are given as part of the compulsory and common course, and has a basic level of English as well as good Turkish grammar.
