| Level of Course Unit | Short Cycle | Objectives of the Course | The aim of this course is to teach students commercial enterprise law and corporate law in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code. How to solve commercial disputes that may arise in daily life and teaching the legal provisions related to the problems are also among the main objectives of this course. The concept of commercial enterprise, the headquarters and branches of the commercial enterprise, pledge of the commercial enterprise, commercial, merchant, rights and obligations of the merchant, unfair competition, trade name, and other basic concepts such as limited, joint stock, joint stock, collective, limited partnership and limited liability companies in Turkish commercial life. | Name of Lecturer(s) | Öğr.
