Objectives of the Course
To learn the basic concepts of design, planning, control and remediation of any deficiencies in production and service systems. Gain a holistic view of any supply chain process based on analytical decision making methods. Develop a perspective on demand forecasting processes. Learning supply chain planning in the context of capacity planning. To learn techniques for solving uncertainties in real logistics systems. General information about the concept of optimization.
