Specific Admission Requirements |
Student admission and registration conditions are carried out within the framework of Bayburt University Postgraduate Education and Training Regulations. During the application process, students are required to have at least 55 points from ALES (Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Examination) and YDS (Foreign Language Proficiency Level Determination Exam), provided that it is not less than 55 points, or from any exam whose equivalence is accepted by ÖSYM (Assessment, Selection and Placement Center). It is necessary to get an equivalent score. |

If the content and ECTS of the course successfully completed at the Master's level at a different institution is similar to the course in the Bayburt University Graduate Education Institute Coaching Training Program curriculum, the student may be exempt from the course in question with the approval of the Institute Board of Directors. |

The passing grade for the courses in the Coaching Education Doctorate program is at least 75 points out of 100 points. The relevant qualification conditions and rules for the PhD program are determined according to the Graduate Education Institute Education and Training Regulations. |

Students who graduate from the Coaching Education Doctorate Program can be employed as lecturers at universities affiliated with YÖK (Council of Higher Education). They can work in the central and provincial organizations of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, or they can be employed as managers in public or private sports enterprises in accordance with their areas of expertise. |

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
In the Coaching Education Doctoral Program, students are required to register for courses within the period specified in the academic calendar and attend classes in the relevant semester. Exams in Bayburt University Postgraduate Education and Training Regulation; It is organized as midterm exam, final exam, make-up exam, graduation exam and make-up exam. Students are required to attend at least 70% of the courses. Students who do not meet these conditions are considered absent. Evaluations in the exams are made over 100 points and the passing grade is at least 75 points. |
Graduation Requirements |
The maximum completion period for the Coaching Education Doctorate Program is eight semesters, with a maximum completion time of twelve semesters. The student who cannot successfully complete the credit courses within this period is dismissed from the higher education institution. Students who successfully complete their credit courses, are successful in the qualifying exam, have their thesis proposal accepted, and are successful in their thesis work meet the graduation requirements. |
