Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
At the start of each term, exemption exams are organised for the compulsory courses in the curriculum, such as English I - II. The students who have completed the learning process for these courses on his/her own or through other means, and who have believed that they have achieved the learning outcomes of this courses are given the right to take the exemption exam. The students who achieve a passing grade from these exams are being exempt from the related course in the curriculum, and this grade is entered into the transcript of the student. |

1- To be able to collect and comment on data related to cooperatives / To be able to apply economics, business administration, law and communication tools and skills to cooperatives issues
2- To acquire skills and competences for establishing, leading and managing a cooperative business
3- To be able to monitor global, national and local cooperatives movements and development
4- To be able to undertake legal process of establishing and managing of a cooperative enterprise and cooperatives unions
5- To be able to have verbal and written communication skills and to be able to use them on cooperatives issues
6- Learn the basic concepts and principles of marketing and marketing cooperatives ability to use the winner.
7- Application cooperatives gain the ability to accounting procedures.
8- Creating a culture of solidarity and the fulfillment of the tasks using the ability to communicate.
9- To perceive the meaning and importance of cooperative movement with respect to economic and social development / To identify problems faced by cooperatives at micro and macro levels and to make comments about them
10- Cooperatives that have the knowledge and skills related issues as a team member to take responsibility for problems encountered with.
11- To be able to possess awareness of professional and ethical responsibility / To be able to use computer software and information and communication technologies at the required level for cooperatives / To acquire skills and competences for establishing, leading and managing a cooperative business

Profile of The Programme |
Profile of the Program
Cooperatives Management programme is a programme which gain fifth level academic and professional competence . Programme have quota 40 of person. Education language is Turkish. Academically Oriented " short cycle, Associate degree.The main goal of the program is to train qualified personnel who knows about the agricultural and non-agricultural cooperatives, and senior organizations, and cooperative work with their financial, legal, commercial, to solve problems, and the relationship between cooperative partners as well as organize co-operative relationships with private and public institutions.

To introduce the agricultural sector which is considered as a third type together with Government and the private sector. Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples |
The graduates of the Cooperatives Program have opportunities of employment in agricultural cooperatives (agricultural credit cooperatives, agricultural sales cooperatives, agricultural development cooperatives, sugar beet producers’ cooperatives and so on) and in the other cooperatives such as housing cooperatives and the tradesmen and craftsmen credit cooperatives in Turkey. Additionally, the graduates are also employed in cooperatives-related governmental organizations such as the Ministry of Customs and Trade and the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock. |
