The graduates of the Opticianry Program have completed the basic physics and mathematics, eye anatomy and physiology, refraction defects, business management, product marketing, occupational health and safety, frame selection according to face shapes, using optical instruments, frame-lens assembly in accordance with standards, optics package It is expected to have the knowledge and skills to use.
In order to successfully complete the program, it is necessary to pass all the courses available in the program (for 120 ECTS), to achieve a weighted grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and to successfully complete the summer internship (30 working days). |

Our graduates; In accordance with the principles of Law No. 5193, they can open their own optical stores or work as a responsible manager or optician in optical stores belonging to private or legal persons. In addition, they can work in factories producing frames and / or lenses or in companies that import them. |
Access to Further Studies |
If our graduates are successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) conducted by ÖSYM; Students can make a vertical transition to Optical and Acoustic Engineering, Physics and Physics Engineering Undergraduate Departments. |

Facilities |
All classrooms where the lessons are conducted have a smart board, projector and internet connection. Courses that require a computer application are carried out in the Computer Laboratory, which includes 60 computers. Internet access via wired-wireless networks is unlimited in this laboratory. This laboratory, where students can get service using their own personal computers, is also open to students outside of class hours. |
