The concept of organization, the concept of organic farming organizations, the concept of socialization, the concept of the social environment of organizations, organization and society, social culture, organizational theory in terms of sociology, industrialization and society, social responsibility, the duty of organizations to serve the society, social forces, social contract, psychological contract, The concept of 3Ps (environment, society and economy or planet, humanity, profit), the concept of sustainability, the dimensions of culture, institutionalization, governance, the concept and application of governance in the world and in Turkey, the responsibilities of organizations towards employees and society, employee rights, ergonomics , protecting the environment, protecting the earth.
