Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to understand why soilless plant cultivation is needed, to understand the developments in soilless agriculture techniques, to understand the approaches to providing water and nutrient requirements of plants in soilless agriculture, to plan and implement commercially soilless plant cultivation, and to solve the problems they may encounter in soilless plant cultivation.

To explain the reasons for soilless agriculture. Producing plants in a soilless environment. Planning and applying soilless farming techniques on different plant species. To solve the problems encountered in soilless plant cultivation. To be able to determine the impact of soilless agriculture on the environment and to design production environmentally friendly.
