Objectives of the Course |
In this course; the general competencies of the teaching profession and the professional competencies of classroom teaching in particular and teaching ethics will be discussed. In addition, the characteristics of the basic education teacher, basic education process, employment process, basic education teacher workload and decision-making authority, professional development of basic education teachers, personal rights, evaluation of primary school teachers, status and reputation of basic education teachers, expectations from basic education teachers, supporting and motivating teachers in service, being able to get down to the level of basic education students, recognizing their needs, school, family, student and teacher relations etc. will be discussed. |
