Objectives of the Course
It is aimed to deal with the ongoing disputes by the procedural schools about the fiqh method, which reveals the methods and sources of reaching the Shari'ah provisions, and the effect of these conflicts on the furuya.

Learning Outcomes
1To be able to recognize the schools of fiqh method and to be able to dominate the relevant literature.
2To be able to know the conflicts between procedural schools and their reasons.
3Being able to see the ways of reaching the verdict by processing the reflection of procedural disputes in the furu
4To be able to obtain a method to reach the verdict in current fiqh issues.
