Objectives of the Course

It is aimed to deal with the ongoing disputes by the procedural schools about the fiqh method, which reveals the methods and sources of reaching the Shari'ah provisions, and the effect of these conflicts on the furuya.

Learning Outcomes

1	To be able to recognize the schools of fiqh method and to be able to dominate the relevant literature.
2	To be able to know the conflicts between procedural schools and their reasons.
3	Being able to see the ways of reaching the verdict by processing the reflection of procedural disputes in the furu
4	To be able to obtain a method to reach the verdict in current fiqh issues.

Schools of Fiqh method, their understanding of method, the procedural differences between them and their reflection in the furu.

12	On the issue of the inadequacy of the methodical fiqh methodology
13	Current debates on ijtihad and taqlid
14	fiqh method today
