Objectives of the Course
The aim is to examine the texts selected from classical sources written by Islamic jurists who have different understandings of both the procedural and the furu of Islamic law and to activate the students in this process.

It is a course in which text samples on various subjects from classical and contemporary sources of Islamic law are discussed and examined together with students.
