Objectives of the Course |
Purpose of Ahkam Verses Course; Teaching the methods of fatwa and ijtihad learned from the course of Islamic Legal Procedure and the subjects learned in the subject of words, and criticizing the interpretation of the ijtihad methods of previous jurists. In addition, contributing to the development of problem solving skills by giving students the opportunity to practice and present on case studies and texts. |
