It is aimed to obtain information about the place and use of qualitative research methods in educational research.

1Students shall gain knowledge about using qualitative research methods in the process of writing thesis
2Students shall gain knowledge about searching and applying which they learned, in the process of writing thesis
3Students shall gain knowledge about basic concepts and informations of scientific research methods in education.
4Students will learn to use the scientific stages of qualitative research.

The place of qualitative research in educational research, development of qualitative data collection tools and measurement tools, analysis and reporting of qualitatively collected data and interpretation.
