Objectives of the Course |
To teach students the basic principles and practices of the coaching profession, to emphasize the importance of ethics in coaching and to encourage ethical behavior in coaching practices. To develop the skills of recognizing, evaluating and solving ethical problems that coaches may encounter. |

This course includes topics such as the concept and basic principles of coaching, design, execution and adaptation of training programs, sport psychology and communication skills, coaching ethics, ethical problems that coaches may encounter and solution strategies, leadership and team dynamics in sport. |
