To provide students with the ability to analyze current economic problems with scientific methods with the help of theoretical knowledge.

Learning Outcomes
1.To be able to explain what are the driving forces in the world economy, to be able to define the concept of the new world economy and what constitutes it, to be able to define the relationship between the state; democracy and the market.
2To be able to express the difference between development and development and growth, to be able to explain the criteria of development and development.
3To be able to explain what the central forces affecting the world economy are, to be able to make a comparison between the center and the periphery and to be able to identify the weaknesses of the periphery within itself.
4To be able to explain the changes in monetary policy and the causes of the recent financial crisis, to define the concept of inflation, the relationship between inflation and monetary policy and the independence of the central bank.
5To be able to determine the factors that cause the crisis, the theoretical approaches to the solution of the crisis and to evaluate the results.
