Course Contents
The content of public administration and ethics course; philosophical origins of public administration ethics and public administration ethics, classifications of ethics, relations between ethics and public administration, the effects of ethical values on decision-making processes in public administration, conflicts of interest in public administration, the concept of whistleblowing and international whistleblowing laws, causes and effects of corruption, ethical legislation in Turkish public administration.
