Course Contents
This course will cover a range of issues based on a comparative study of constitutional systems. Accordingly, first of all, issues such as how the structure of the courts that make the Constitutional Judgment is formed, how their judges are chosen, the source and legitimacy of the authority regarding the constitutional judiciary will be discussed in a comparative way through the examples of some countries with the Constitutional Judiciary.
