Objectives of the Course
The aim is to provide information about the crimes and violations related to zoning, environment and the city that occur during the management of urban space, and to provide information about the legal legislation, rules and practices regarding these issues, and to learn and discuss the legal consequences.

3Learns the relationship between urban rights, city and law, and gives examples of concepts such as urban crime, crime against the city and urban crime.
4Gain knowledge about the legal functions of city administrations and interpret judicial decisions regarding city law.

Definition of the city, city forms, legislation related to city management, legal violations related to city management, analysis of legal problems related to cities through examples, zoning law and local government legislation and problems arising from practice.
