| Level of Course Unit | Second Cycle | Objectives of the Course | The course has two main objectives, in general and in particular. The general aim of this course; It is to provide basic information about the organization, structural and functional problems and the process of change and transformation of public administration,. The other purpose is; In the light of this information, the structure of the Turkish Public Administration, its features, evaluation of its problems and solution proposals are presented | Name of Lecturer(s) | Doç.
