The aim of this course is to enable students to recognize the management systems applied by various countries in today's world, to learn the scientific methodologies for comparing these systems, and to compare countries from various aspects - implementation, reform, restructuring, etc. experiences

22. Knows and defines the basic concepts in the field of public administration and political science
33. Knows the Turkish public administration and determines the schools affected by the Turkish public administration.

55. Compares the management systems of Türkiye and selected countries in the world.
66. Evaluates the functioning of the public administration and legislative executive judiciary organs in selected countries

Course Contents
In this course, the importance, development, methodology of comparative public administration traditional and contemporary comparative public administration approaches are examined. The Turkish Public Administration, which is taken as the basis of comparison, and the public administration systems of the countries that affect or have the potential to affect our country are analyzed in a comparative perspective. Based on the management systems and practices of other countries, the changes in the world and country practices are evaluated, and the ways of transferring this information to the application in our country in the required fields are discussed.
