Course Contents |
In this course, the importance, development, methodology of comparative public administration traditional and contemporary comparative public administration approaches are examined. The Turkish Public Administration, which is taken as the basis of comparison, and the public administration systems of the countries that affect or have the potential to affect our country are analyzed in a comparative perspective. Based on the management systems and practices of other countries, the changes in the world and country practices are evaluated, and the ways of transferring this information to the application in our country in the required fields are discussed. |
