Objectives of the Course
The aim of this lesson is to analyze the effects of exercise on human health and to examine the cardiovascular responses that occur in the human organism as a result of exercise.

1Explains the human organism, exercise, energy metabolism, oxygen consumption at rest and during exercise, and energy production by giving examples.

4It analyzes, reports and presents the cardiovascular systems of athletes in different sports branches.
5Designs and implements exercise prescriptions for sick and healthy people.
