Objectives of the Course
The main purpose of the course is to learn the basics of teaching methods in physical education and sports and to explain current methods by reviewing the literature on the subject.

1The student should be able to define basic concepts such as learning, teaching and education related to physical education and sports.
2The student should be able to explain teaching methods specific to physical education and sports.
3The student should be able to explain the areas of use of teaching methods in physical education and sports.
4The student should be able to explain the factors that play a role in the selection of teaching approaches.
5Must be able to define the roles of teacher/coach and student/athlete in the application of student teaching methods.
