1To be able to recognize the basic information, concepts and opinions about current fiqh problems.
2To be able to comprehend the methods to be followed in solving current fiqh problems.
3To be able to recognize the ijtihad activity as a current theoretical fiqh problem in its historical development and to use it as a problem solving method.
4To be able to benefit from the sources of fiqh by going down to the provisions of the theoretical and practical problems in the sources.
