The historical development, sources, literature and general structure of Islamic fiqh.

4The emergence of the science of fiqh, Hz. Fiqh in the time of the Prophet
5The development of the science of fiqh in the era of the Companions and Tabi'un
6Iraqi school-Hijaz school, Ahl-i re'y-Ahl-i hadith distinction and reasons for fiqh conflict
7The emergence of the sects, the famous fiqh sects, the founders of the Hanafi and Maliki sects, their works and students
8Shafi'i and Hanbali, Zahiri, Jafari and other non-living sects
9The spread of sects, the stagnation period of fiqh and the emergence of the idea of taqlid
