Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to discuss basic arguments within the theoretical framework for the design and functioning of organizations. From this point; It is aimed to discuss issues related to organizational effectiveness, contextual effects on organizations, structural adjustments and organizational processes

Course Contents
The aim of this course is to examine the major perspectives and debates on organizational perspectives (probability, resource dependence, population ecology, institutional, economic, interpretive, critical and post-modern approaches). Within the scope of the course, students will be required to prepare reports by making readings about the theories and revealing the synthesis of opposing views.
