Introduction to consumer behavior. Market segmentation, psychological effects in consumer behavior. Learning, motivation, perception, attitudes and changing attitudes, socio-cultural influences in consumer behavior: group dynamics and advisory groups, family, personal effects and dissemination of innovations.
