Goals, tools and subject of fiscal policy, methods of fiscal policy application, inflation and fiscal policy, recession and fiscal policy, stagflation and fiscal policy, budged deficits discussion and case of Turkey, the effect of fiscal policy on income distribution, economic stability issue and fiscal policy in Turkey.
