Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Analytical Network Process (ANP), TOPSIS method (TOPSIS), Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Goal Programming (R & D) approaches in multi-criteria decision making methods (MCDM) is to use in the solution.
