Course Contents
How are free radicals produced? The effects of free radicals on biological molecules and the relationship between these free radicals and disease development are analyzed, as well as the properties of antioxidants, natural and artificial antioxidants, the mechanism of action of antioxidants, and the antioxidant defense system.
