In this lecture,mycotoxin forming mold species,mycotoxin types,mycotoxin forming conditions,influence of mycotoxins to livind organisms and detoxification of mycotoxins will be taught to the students.

5Classification of mycotoxins according to their target organ and tissues;Hepatotoxins,Nefrotoxins Nörotoxin and Miyotoxins,Gastric system toxins,Dermatotoxins, Respiration system toxins,Genitotoxins. Lecturer
