Objectives of the Course
Teaching the required theories about the working principals of micro-analitic eqipments related to Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) and making the practical applications of the usage of these microanalitic equipments.

Course Contents
The importance of microstructure, the importance of electron microscopy in the study of microstructure / sample preparation for SEM and TEM / Signals occured as the result of sample electron interactions , the use and depth of these signals / X-rays (characteristic, continuous spectrum) scanning electron microscopes and electron microscopes parts / Sem Application / chemical analysis by EDX and WDX techniques and the use of Sem / Transmission electro microscopy (TEM) / STEM and other microscopy techniques to compare with the SEM/ Analysis of different samples in SEM
