Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach students thermal analysis methods such as TGA, DTA, DTG, DSC and TMA and applications in the determination of temperature dependant characteristic behaviours and properties for the identification of various materials, make them gain skill and knowledge for the evaluation of outputs of thermal analysis equipment.

Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and applications, Derivetografic thermogravimetric analysis (DTGA) and applications, differential thermal analysis (DTA) and applications, Derivetografic differential thermal analysis (DDTA) and applications, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and applications, thermomechanical analysis (TMA-Dilatometry) and applications, thermal conductivity and applications and Evolved gas analysis (EGA) methods and applications.
