Fundamental concepts and approaches to real estate finance, real estate finance terminology, financial analysis methods for real estate investment, money and capital markets, institutions and capital resources, fund supply and demand, financial markets: risks and returns, modern portfolio management theory-applications to real estate markets. , credit resources in real estate markets: national and international, credit-cost-profitability relations, long-term housing finance system, financing of land investments and land development investments, real estate evaluation processes and functions in terms of financing, cash flow analysis, computer modelling, credit investment and They are expected to have knowledge of negotiation patterns, feasibility studies, financing of individual projects in different cities and land uses, and computer and numerical analysis, performance measurement and evaluation, and real estate market issues. |
