| Level of Course Unit | Second Cycle | Objectives of the Course | Tax and premium costs are among the most important cost factors for businesses in Turkey. Employment incentives play a key role in reducing these costs. Employment incentives are also an important active employment policy in the fight against unemployment. In addition, they are used for the realization of many financial and social policy objectives. With employment incentives, the premium burden on the employer and/or the insured is reduced, and it is aimed to achieve results such as protecting existing employment, reducing unemployment, preventing unregistered employment, introducing policies for certain sectors and regions, and providing employment for specific groups of people. Achieving success in these targets is only possible if the incentive system is applicable, simple and accurate in scope. In this course, the application procedures and principles of 20 different employment incentives applied in Turkey will be emphasized and it will be possible to make comparisons with foreign country applications. | Name of Lecturer(s) | Doç.
