Objectives of the Course |
By trying to understand the conceptual structure of the phenomenon of change, to see the results of the practice at the organizational level in the context of the types and dimensions of change that has a universal character, to analyze the organizations that resist change or integrate it into their own structure by keeping up with the change, and the reasons for the resistance developed against change at the individual and group level and the said resistance. The aim is to increase and develop the perspectives and views of the participants on change by presenting different examples on the subject by analyzing and discussing the strategies that can be developed to break them. |

Within the scope of the course, the definition and causes of change at the organizational level, the definition of change management, the phenomenon of change management, the relationship between change and organization, resistance to organizational change and its causes, strategies that can be developed against resistance, and comparative discussions and examples of organizational change management approaches will be emphasized. |
