Objectives of the Course
To be able to make detailed explanations and researches on the legal rules applied in business relations, employment contracts and termination, to have information about employee-employer rights and obligations, to recognize and analyze the social security system, to be able to regulate their behavior in employee-employer relations within the framework of legal rules, To solve the problems in accordance with the rules or to know the solutions.

The scope of the Labor Law and the application areas of labor law, the types and establishment of the business relationship, the rights and obligations of the parties, the termination of the business relationship, compensation, payroll transactions, union membership and collective labor agreement, the activities of the unions, the scope of social security, long and short term insurance branches, rights and benefits provided, earnings based on premium, employer obligations, disputes and solutions, occupational health and safety practices, occupational accidents and occupational diseases
