Understanding the effects of social culture on human behavior, the role and importance of organizational culture in employee behavior, organizational culture models, ethics, culture and communication, cultural change and change management. Parallel to these aims, to include classroom discussions and case studies.

Within the scope of the course, the definition and elements of culture, the definition of organizational culture, the creation and maintenance of organizational culture, the relationship between national culture and organizational culture, the functions, features and elements of organizational culture, models and approaches related to organizational culture, organizational culture classifications, concepts related to organizational culture, In the study of organizational culture, comparative examples will be emphasized.
