Objectives of the Course
To know the basic concepts such as value, morality, ethics, personality, temperament, character and to comprehend the differences between them. To have information about the process of values education in the world and in our country. To master the classifications of value classifications that come to the fore in the national and international arena. To comprehend the place and importance of values education in Turkish teaching. To know the root values in the Turkish Curriculum.

Course Contents
Basic concepts such as value, morality, ethics, personality, temperament, character. Moral development and value-oriented Turkish education, values in Turkish Curriculum. Values within the scope of four basic language skills. From literary texts and movies, cartoons, etc. distinguished examples of genres suitable for values education and Turkish education from visual texts. Root values and value classifications.
