Concepts related to instructional technology, characteristics of various instructional technologies, the place and use of technologies in instructional process, determination of the technology needing of the school, preparing the technology planning, developing of 2- and/or 3- dimensional materials via educational technologies, developing teaching instruments (work sheets, designing of activity, transparencies, slides, visual media instruments (VCD, DVD), computer-based course materials), assessment of the qualities of various teaching materials, internet and distance education, visual designing principles, using instructional technologies in Turkey and in world
