2	understand the reasons (religious, cultural, geographical and political) which affect the formation of fiqh sects
3	know the major works of the period of the formation of fiqh sects
4	Knows jurists who are effective for formation of fiqh sects
5	To explain methodic differences between fiqh sects
6	explain the fundamental differences between the figh sects
