Islamic Law and Humanities Law Concepts of crime and punishment, ıts history and resources General Elements of the crime Punishmets of Had and the crimes which requarese that punishment, ( Had for adultery Had of Kazf and Had applied Interceptor People) Punishmets of Had and the crimes which requarese that punishment (Had a drink Had of theft) Issues relating to murders in Islamic law (Measure of Criminal Offences required) Criminals required Penalty of diyet Male Female Separation in point of diet Various bets (Akile Kasame equality in punishment The effect of repentance to penalties) Tazir Crimes Political Crimes and Crimes of Ideas Implementation of Penalties in İslamic Law People are not considered a crime they committed and the penalty not given Criminal Responsibility Properties weakened criminal responsibility or reduction of criminal responsibility or removed from the crime situation
