Course Contents

In this course, the science of law will be introduced to the student in general terms, the definition of law in terms of various schools of law, the relations between the sources of law and different sources of law, the application of the rules of law in terms of place, time, subject, person and meaning. In addition, legal concepts and institutions, legal sanctions, sections of law, legal events, actions and transactions; “Concept of person”, rights and duties in law, powers and responsibilities will be explained.
