Objectives of the Course

This course is the process of the formation of Islamic Law and Literatüre of Islamic Law, ıts systematic structure, resources, case theory, the general provisions of the contract theory, family and criminal law provides general information about the course.

2	Have knowledge about the basic sources of Islamic law.
3	Have knowledge about the functions and importance of fiqh in the formation of Islamic culture and civilization.
4	Explain the concepts of Fukaha, muctehid and imam.
5	Gains knowledge of sectarian imams and formation process of sects.
