Objectives of the Course
This course is the process of the formation of Islamic Law and Literatüre of Islamic Law, ıts systematic structure, resources, case theory, the general provisions of the contract theory, family and criminal law provides general information about the course.

3Have knowledge about the functions and importance of fiqh in the formation of Islamic culture and civilization.

5Gains knowledge of sectarian imams and formation process of sects.
